海と山に囲まれ、美しい川の流れる自然豊かな和歌山県に位置し、1日一組のみのゲストをもてなすガーデンガストロノミー「villa aida」。大胆に野菜を使った料理の数々が注目を集める。レストランで提供する野菜のほぼ全て、年間約300種類の野菜を、レストランそばの畑で、小林シェフと彼の妻と二人三脚で栽培している。
その日に収穫した野菜やハーブを中心に、近隣の魚介、家禽、ジビエを合わせた料理を提供。「Farm to Table」を体現するガストロノミーとして、2023年12月20日には、レストランオープン25年目を迎える。
