Garden Gastronomy is the culinary signature of the prestige cuvée La Grande Dame. This initiative brings together a community of Michelin-starred chefs from around the world, creating bespoke food and champagne pairings designed to elevate La Grande Dame.
It invites a rediscovery of flavors through a renewed culinary experience. The chefs’ creativity is expressed through the celebration of garden-fresh produce, inspired by the fruits and vegetables grown in the Maison’s iconic kitchen garden at the Manoir de Verzy.
Around the world, chefs who embrace this philosophy are invited to express their unique vision of Garden Gastronomy.
Their exclusive creations, perfectly paired with La Grande Dame, feature on the menus of their restaurants.
“La Grande Dame and Garden Gastronomy are closely connected. Both born from the earth and the work of people, they remind us of the cycle of the seasons, the anticipation of harvest, the uniqueness of a soil, of a vintage.”
Located in the heart of the historic Veuve Clicquot vineyard, near the Manoir de Verzy, the Verzy kitchen garden embodies the spirit of Garden Gastronomy. Inspired by original plans dating back to 1920, this 2,500 m² project features over 300 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown using permaculture principles.
Overlooking the vines, this remarkable garden is one of the key sources of inspiration for Garden Gastronomy, echoing the values of seasonality, connection to the land, and plant-based creativity that shape the pairings imagined around La Grande Dame.
