TUNA BURGER, CURRY COLESLAW

We are familiar with it in beef, cheese or chicken versions, but it's still a burger !
A complete dish in the form of a sandwich consisting of two slices of brioche bread filled with meat or fish, topped with salad, sometimes cheese and a creamy sauce that stimulates the senses. The burger has become a street food classic all over the world and is now also available in gourmet versions. Our chopped tuna version with sesame and curry-spiced mayonnaise will bring the elegance that is often lacking in tuna. Sweetened by the fruity and delicious Veuve Clicquot Rosé .
Prepare a curry mayonnaise and set aside.
Finely slice a red cabbage and a white cabbage.
Stir some of the prepared mayonnaise into the mixture.
Set aside.
Cut the buns in half and toast them lightly.
Roll the tuna steaks in sesame seeds and then grill on each side.
Assemble your burger with the toasted buns, a little mayonnaise, some rocket and spinach leaves, the coleslaw and the tuna steak.
Serve with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé !
