Campaign term and conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions (“terms and conditions,” “terms”) carefully before participating in the campaign. Entry into the campaign is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN
1. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
Veuve Clicquot Exclusive Icons Giveaway (“campaign”) is only open to the legal residents of Singapore aged 18 years or older, excluding employees and immediate families of Moët Hennessy Diageo Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“promoter”), its affiliates and advertising agencies.
Eligible entrants must have a valid Facebook account.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry submitted by a participant with a fictitious or phantom Facebook profile.
2. ENTRY
Enter details and complete ALL fields as required in the entry form to be eligible.
Only one entry per eligible entrant is accepted, and the time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the promoter.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The campaign begins October 5, 2022 - October 24, 2022 (Singapore Time). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
Limited to 10 SMEG x Veuve Clicquot Fridge (note: this is not a real fridge).
5. WINNERS SELECTION
Winner selection will be on first come first served, i.e. First 10 participants who have submitted their entry form will win the Prize.
6. WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be notified by email (through the email address provided by the participants) on 7 November, 2022. Winners will be asked to certify their mailing address. Prizes will be mailed to the address provided. Participants expressly agree that, for this purpose, to disclose their personal information to the agency, contractors or service providers appointed by the promoter (e.g. Third-Party delivery vendor to facilitate the redemption of prize(s)) to assist in conducting this campaign, communicating with them, and/or fulfilling the prize(s) redemption.
Winners may be asked to provide a form of identification (e.g. a valid photo ID) as the promoter or third-party delivery vendor may require to verify the age in order to receive the prize.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash or in kind. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the Winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
In the event that a Winner (i) does not respond to the email within 5 days from being notified of his/her win; (ii) refuses to provide requisite information (e.g. address, contact, name. proof of legal age, etc.) for the purpose of verification and/or prize fulfilment; (iii) has breached any terms and conditions herein; and/or (iv) his/her entry is invalid for whatever reasons, his/her prize will be forfeited and the promoter shall be entitled at its sole discretion to decide whether a replacement winner should be selected. In this event, any further Winner will be selected on the same criteria as set out in these terms and conditions.
7. NO LIABILITY
The promoter may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions and may also suspend or terminate the campaign or substitute the prize(s) at any time without any notice or liability to any person.
Each participant acknowledges and agrees that the promoter, its affiliates, agencies and service providers make no representations regarding the quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Prizes and to the maximum extent permissible by law shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for (i) any loss or damages that may occur to the prize(s) during transit; (ii) any cost or expense incurred for taking part in this campaign; (iii) any consequences, including without limitation to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the campaign or use of the Prize(s) whether direct or indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise; (iv) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Entry Period; (v) electronic or human errors in the administration of the campaign and processing of entries; (vi) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify any Winners; and (vii) any tax implications from Winners’ acceptance and use of the prize(s). The promoter expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with the Prize(s) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
8. GENERAL
All matters relating to the contest as determined by the promoter including aspect of the draw are final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Singapore law. A person who is not a participant shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
By participating in this contest, you hereby give consent to Moët Hennessy Diageo Singapore Pte. Ltd to collect and process your personal data for the purpose of administering this contest . .
