Harvest was splendid and abundant, with an average yield of 15,200 kilos per hectare. The 1983 harvest was one of the most generous in the history of Champagne, perhaps it was even a miracle?
Grapes from around twenty Premier and Grand Cru villages were meticulously selected to create the blend of this vintage. Our House style can be seen in the use of 58% Pinot Noir, balanced with 35% Chardonnay and 7% Meunier.
