Muriel Bernard is a Management Engineer. After 12 years spent in Sales & Marketing in multinational companies (Gillette, Levi Strauss and Orange), the desire to move on took over and in 2013 she launched the eFarmz project with the conviction that it is possible to eat differently but also to be entrepreneurial. eFarmz is an e-commerce platform that facilitates access to sustainable food by proposing boxed meals and a wide range of carefully selected organic products from Belgian producers.

Belgian multimedia journalist, activist and social entrepreneur. Editor in chief of the Belgian edition of ELLE from 2003 to 2016, she works to promote Belgian culture and creation, both in her country and abroad.
A Committed feminist, Béa Ercolini is often called upon by the media to reflect on the roles and places of women in the public space. She combines several activities. Founder of a female business circle, Beabee, which enables women to broaden their professional network, she is also a consultant, mentor and speaker.

Carole Lamarque is passionate about Strategic Marketing, launching innovations and new technologies. Her love for innovation originates from very competitive companies she worked for in the Energy and Media sector. The most disruptive learnings came from the ICT sector (Proximus/Telenet/Mobile Vikings).
CEO, Founding Partner of DUVAL UNION Innovative Marketing. She helps clients with their long-term Digital Transformation, yet also provide them with all necessary strategic advice to deal with the Digital Strategy, and day to day Marketing challenges.

Presently, Michèle Sioen holds the position of CEO, Managing Director & Executive Director at Sioen Industries NV and Managing Director & Director at Sioen Fabrics SA (a subsidiary of Sioen Industries NV). Ms. Sioen is also Member of the Belgische Commissie Corporate Governance and on the board of 8 other companies.
In the past, Ms. Sioen occupied the position of Chairman for Fedustria and Chairman Federation of Enterprises in Belgium. Michèle Sioen received an undergraduate degree from the University of Antwerp.

Martine received an Executive Master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD (2003 and 2013).
She did her master’s in public administration at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (1977), and graduated in Political and Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium (1973). She is on the board of Unicef Belgium and of Vocatio, a not-for-profit foundation for young talent. She speaks English, Dutch and French. She is married, lives in Brussels and has two children

After a career of 18 years in the private sector, in mid-August 2018, Pierre Hermant took the helm at finance&invest.brussels, Ceo
In parallel to his functions at finance&invest.brussels, he is a lecturer at the University of Saint Louis in management and strategy and hosts with passion several economic columns on RTBF and he manages his program "Success Stories" on LN24.
Pierre Hermant is also a member of the advisory board of ING Bank and BNP Paribas Fortis Bank.

He is the President of the Board of Directors of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), one of Belgium’s largest comprehensive universities; the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at UCB, a listed global biopharma company leader in immunology and neurology; a Member of the Board of Directors at Lhoist, a family-owned company world leader in limestone and dolomite production.
Pierre is also Philanthropy and Strategy Partner of the IDeA Foundation, a global philanthropic organisation that seeks to establish innovative and transformative ways to change the world through territory development, innovation in education and promotion of humanitarian values.
Prior to these roles, Pierre was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. During his 27 years with the firm, he served a dynamic portfolio of leading clients throughout Europe and Middle-East, he was Managing Partner of the Belgium-Luxemburg office, and he held international responsibility for McKinsey’s Human Capital practice in EMEA.

Pauline van Ostaeyen is co-founder of Dockflow, an application in maritime logistics. This logistics activation platform makes the container visible and automatically informs you about the status of your cargo throughout the journey: from delays and temperature fluctuations end route to loss or damaged cargo. Dockflow helps logistics teams make their jobs easier, so they can focus on useful tasks, more enjoyable work and better service. In addition to a background in business and marketing, Pauline also has practical experience in digital transformation, user-centered design and logistics transmission.

Marc Lemaire has been Managing Director of VINCI Energies Belgium since 2010. He has set up key programs at VINCI Energies to promote gender equality, including the "Women in Technology" campaign which highlights 15 women in technical positions (engineer, welder, electromechanic, etc.). Video portraits of these women are produced and broadcast via a campaign on social networks.
The objective: to eliminate stereotypes, encourage women to join technical professions and sectors, as well as recruit more women and encourage other companies to do the same.
