Meet Didier Mariotti,
our Cellar Master

Didier Mariotti embodies the balance between heritage and modernity.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in the vine — with a grandfather who was a winemaker in Corsica and a Burgundian grandmother, heir to a long line of winegrowers — he developed a passion for wine, culture, and sharing at an early age.

An agricultural engineer (ENSAIA, 1995) and later a graduate in oenology in Reims (1999), he joined Moët & Chandon, where he contributed to the rollout of the group’s first wine traceability tool. It was during this period that he dedicated his oenologist’s thesis to a subject close to his heart: the management of reserve wines.

He continued his career at Nicolas Feuillatte, then at G.H. Mumm in 2003, where he was appointed Cellar Master in 2006.
