Veuve Clicquot presents the third edition of its Extra Brut Extra Old collection. With one of the largest and most varied collections of reserve wines in Champagne (between 400 and 500 wines), the Maison has a unique wine heritage.
True to its expertise in the Art of Blending, Veuve Clicquot enriched its Extra Brut Extra Old collection in 2021 with a new cuvée composed of 8 years selected among its remarkable reserve wines: 1990, 1998, 1999, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
This cuvée has been elaborated with a double aging: a first aging of minimum 2 years in vat, and a second of 3 years in bottle.
The purity of Veuve Clicquot Cuvée Extra Brut Extra Old 3 is best appreciated with balanced, fresh cuisine. From vegetables to early fruit, from iodized products such as fresh seaweed to shellfish, or even with fresh herbs.
